The challenge
An interactive customer journey mapping tool for a global automotive manufacturer had been stuck in development hell for years.
The solution
I took charge, translated spreadsheets into usable designs and prototypes, and worked with developers to create a comprehensive interactive journey map that finally launched the internal tool.

Used by teams across Europe, and beyond. Its success led to more customer journey maps being commissioned.
